Hot water shortage in St Leonards
Leona was fed up of these calls. She had rented her small house in St Leonards to a bunch of students. These guys had been calling her up intermittently since the last two months complaining about the hot water heater.
The complaints were erratic. The students had explained that the temperature of the hot water kept varying widely. At times, there would be very hot water. After two to three days of working properly, they would start getting water that was just hot enough for a bath. Then, there were days when the water was too cold for a bath.

“How about looking for another plumber?” Lance, her fiancé suggested simply.

They tested the hot water heater and made sure that everything was working in good condition.
Leona was happy with the plumber’s work. They were very thorough and they were reasonably priced too. From now on, if there was a plumbing problem, she knew she would only call these plumbers.
